Usually I finance the entire job, asking for money only when the work is complete. On larger jobs a staged payment would be arranged. I use many modern materials, having lived in California for many years, alot of materials they used are low V.O.C. "volatile organic compound", or more environmentally friendly. These types of materials are the future, as governments tighten up on pollution. I have knowledge of these materials and use them. DC painting cares about the environment. Never disposing of anything incorrectly, never dumping any containments into the earth. I also encourage recycling. I am a very reliable company. When I start a job I work on that job until complete (weather permitting) and I have been in business since 1999. I am cis registered as well. We also provide an Artex removal service.
